Always a great day when I receive a shipment from Mama's. This time it was black pepper, red pepper, fire!, and jalapeño flavors. Anything wrong with my world is immediately fixed. Share some with mu work colleagues and suddenly everyone's my work BFF. That's some healing power.
Not for the faint of heart, this is delicious! Very hot but tasty.
I would accurately describe this jerky as atomic. It's extremely hot, but the flavor is incredible. I ate an entire bag in one sitting. Perfect jerky for anyone who loves ghost pepper flavor.
Great Jerkey and a local company! I will definately be buying more of this stuff!! They are all delicious, the fire is a little too hot for me, but has great flavor!!! Looking forward to trying the Spicy Teriyaiki, that is the only one I haven't tried.
Got several bags of Mama's at a holiday market in Boise. Fantastic. The fire is actually spicy and the black pepper is punchy. And every bag comes with a toothpick for the ultimate win. I only wish they shipped to Oregon.
