The meat quality has gone down unfortunately. Lots of fat where it use tp be very lean jerky

Worth every chew

This is THE BEST beef jerky. Many jerkies are gummy, overly soft. This jerky really captures the authentic, additive free texture and flavor. Even the spices they add are fresh. I usually get mine at the Nampa, ID Farmer’s Market. So happy to see I can buy it online.
